Obviously, if you want a great career in tech, our first choice is that you come work at Fog Creek. But we wanted to take a moment to do something unusual, and highlight a job listing from another organization: Khan Academy

Khan Academy is a really amazing non-profit with an inspiring mission to, “to provide a free world-class education for anyone, anywhere.” They started as a team of 1, and have grown to over 80 people, including one of our former colleagues who was among the first to join founder Salman Khan in his quest. Or, as they stated in their job listing:

We’re always inspired by companies like Khan that are actively engaged in the fight to make education and tech more inclusive and available to everyone, and see that work as directly connected to the values that our team members try to support every day.
